Can it check vaccination requirements?
It can point to your stated policy on vaccinations, but it won't make a judgement call. Anything unclear is taken as a message for you to check.
What if a pet gets sick while boarding?
That's always passed straight to you or your on call staff. The AI doesn't attempt to handle anything about a pet's health.
Can it book daycare as well as boarding?
Yes, where your calendar shows free spots, it can book daycare days the same way it books boarding stays.
Do you set it up for businesses in Busselton, Bunbury and the South West?
Yes. We're based in Margaret River and meet in person in Busselton, Dunsborough, Augusta, Bunbury and the towns around them. Anywhere else in Australia, we set it up by video.
What does it cost?
A one-off setup fee and a monthly fee, both agreed in writing before we start. We run it for you, so the call service is included in the monthly fee. It's month to month after the first 3 months. It's also included in the Growth Plan, with no setup fee.
