Do I have to leave Airbnb?

No. We check what your current setup allows before we quote, and sometimes keeping it is the better deal. We'll tell you honestly.

Can guests pay a deposit when they book?

Yes. A deposit and bond taken at booking is an add-on to direct bookings, and the balance can be collected automatically before arrival.

What does a direct booking website cost?

The Essential website package is $5,000 + GST. Direct bookings are quoted after a quick chat, as a fixed price in writing before we start, because every property is different. Or the Growth Plan is $450 a month + GST on a 12-month term, with no setup fee. It includes a complete custom website, plus phone answering, review requests and your Google profile looked after.

Who owns the site and the guest data?

On a one-off build, you do. The code, domain, hosting and data sit in your name, with no lock-in contract, and you can export the lot. The Growth Plan works differently: a 12-month term, then month to month.
