You decide what counts as urgent for your trade. Anything like no power, no water or a gas smell is flagged and passed straight to you rather than booked automatically.
Does it know my call out fees and service area?
Yes, it's set up with your own pricing and the suburbs you cover, so it can answer those questions accurately instead of guessing.
Can it quote a job over the phone?
It can share your stated call out fee or pricing basics, but it won't quote a job it hasn't seen. Anything needing a look in person gets booked as a quote visit or passed to you.
Do you set it up for businesses in Busselton, Bunbury and the South West?
Yes. We're based in Margaret River and meet in person in Busselton, Dunsborough, Augusta, Bunbury and the towns around them. Anywhere else in Australia, we set it up by video.
What does it cost?
A one-off setup fee and a monthly fee, both agreed in writing before we start. We run it for you, so the call service is included in the monthly fee. It's month to month after the first 3 months. It's also included in the Growth Plan, with no setup fee.
